Eri loves facilitating interactive workshops for students. Creative writing facilitation provides students with the tools to understand and capitalise on critical theory and its intersection with power dynamics to produce creative-critical practitioners.
We can run a session and train your staff on how to facilitate these sessions themselves. If you want this, please add it to your booking.

Teaching English is a goldmine for showcasing the diversity of the human experience. With set texts for English Literature or teacher-selected texts for English Language GCSE, the emphasis remains the same: creating a safe enviroment for students. This will enhance their progress and enjoyment of the English curriculum by adapting your work to be neuroqueer-friendly for all types of students.
This can be done via a remote video call or by visiting an educational space, depending on your needs. Charged at the online or in-person rate depending on the delivery mode.

Sometimes the best curriculum is already made, and you are looking for a specific ‘hole’ to fill your curriculum with. Our modules bridge critical theory and creative practice to create critically conscious creative writers. To see our offerings for courses, consult our course guide.
£340- £560* per module
*If you want Eri to deliver the taught sessions (BIlled for 2x taught sessions, for the Writing Workshop aspect)
The initial project includes your first round of edits for free, while further subsequent edits are charged at our standard hourly rate.
Where my hourly rate and working time are concerned, I will adjust for in-person availability and for meetings where required. This is especially important for sessions where travel is required. Either way, I will not do more than six hours of work per day to protect my energy.
Regardless of whether your organisation is big, small, or medium-sized, we can ensure that the price reflects what you are able to pay. I am more than happy to negotiate within specific means and will not be paid less than the legal, living wage for the work undertaken.
The in-person rate is inclusive of everything that the online rate is, but accommodates the added struggles of in-person facilitation, including travel, potential hotel costs, etc. If you specifically would like an in-person session, I am happy to negotiate rates, but it will not go lower than the day rate.
Where organisational needs require that I change these working hours, I will not exceed the maximum of six hours of work per day. Organisational needs include:
Specific timing for a facilitation workshop (online or in person)
Specific timing for online, or in-person meetings
Specific discovery call timings
A college wishes to licence a specific module that we have created. For example, the Fundamentals for Writers module as a extra-curricular activity for their students. We would charge between £340 to £560* for this module and all associated materials, with the higher price being inclusive of four hours of teaching for the live sessions.
The Cost: £340- £560* per module (with teaching time at hourly rate for live sessions)**
The Deliverable: This includes the module and all associated teaching materials.
*If you want Eri to deliver the taught sessions. Billed at 2 sessions, two hours in length for the Writing Workshop sessions
** This would have a £150 reduction if you wanted a facilitation session instead of practioner delivery, totalling £410.
A college would like a curriculum refresh. However, they need it for an internal deadline, so they require an additional two hours of work over the allotted time of a one-day session. This would incur the Date rate and the additional Exceptional Circumstances policy.
The Cost: The client is charged the standard day rate of £300 for the first six hours (online rate at £75 an hour).
Overtime: Because the work requires an additional two hours (over the six scheduled) to meet an internal deadline, the Exceptional Circumstances policy is applied.
Total Calculation: The final invoice would be the £ 400 day rate plus £200 for two hours of overtime (£100 per hour), totalling £600.
An alternative provision would like a series of two facilitation sessions (totalling two hours) over a period of a single work week, and another facilitation session for their staff members (totalling a further two hours). This totals four hours, and they have requested online delivery.
This would be charged at the hourly online rate of £75 per hour for four hours. This totals £300.
A college would like a series of facilitation sessions, both in person and a curriculum refresh. They need this for an internal deadline, where they need further hours worked. In this instance, the following rates would apply.
Cost for work
2 x Day Rate (800 + travel costs, for facilitation sessions in person)
Curriculum work: Between 300 (online day rate) and 400 (in-person day rate). This includes curriculum diagnostics, billed at a day rate, then a further two working days (billed at 600 total) for the creation and delivery.
Should there be exceptional circumstances where this is breached, organisations should note that I operate an ‘overtime’ pay structure, which is £100 per hour over the six hours. Exceptional circumstances include:
Unforeseen project emergencies (i.e: Unforeseen change in venue or accessibility requirements)
Hard deadlines dictated by external funding bodies (i.e: to meet an immovable funding deadline date)
Critical institutional crises (i.e: a crisis event wherein the safety of a student is affected or an urgent shift towards a new policy is required by a hard deadline)
Should this need to happen, a new invoice shall be provided with the additional hours included and subject to payment within five working days.
